College Sports Commission Releases NIL Deal Flow Report
January 13th, 2025 – Today, the College Sports Commission released its NIL Deal Flow Report, highlighting third-party NIL activity across Division I athletics from November and December 2025 and cumulative figures since NIL Go’s launch.
Highlights:
As of December 31, 2025, the CSC has cleared over $100 million dollars in total deal value through its NIL Go platform: 17,321 deals worth a total value of $127.21 million have been cleared since the launch of NIL Go; 5,146 deals with a total value of $39.71 million were cleared since the last Deal Flow Report released in November.
At the same time, enforcement is happening every day on the platform: 524 deals with a total value of $14.94 million have been reviewed and not cleared. The primary reasons for "Not Cleared" determinations include: lack of a valid business purpose; no direct activation of NIL rights (i.e., warehousing); and compensation not at rates and terms commensurate with similarly situated individuals.
Since the launch of the NIL Go platform:
73% of deals that reached resolution did so within 7 days following submission of all required information — and 52% of deals submitted to NIL Go were resolved within 24 hours.
10,848 unique student-athletes have had at least one deal cleared via NIL Go, 44% of whom play a sport other than Football or Men's Basketball.
Student-athletes playing more than 40 unique NCAA sports have had at least one deal cleared via NIL Go.
As of December 31, 2025, there were 10 deals in arbitration. Eight have since been withdrawn. All involved a resolved administrative issue at the same school.
