MOGL Hires Chief Operating Officer Kate Reinmiller

DALLAS, TX (JANUARY 2023) -- MOGL, the leading NIL technology solution offering digital agency services, compliance, and education to athletes, brands and institutions, has hired Dallas-based Kate Reinmiller as Chief Operating Officer. Reinmiller brings over 17 years of leadership experience in SaaS technology and early-stage companies to MOGL.

As COO, Reinmiller will report to the CEO and manage each area of the business against revenue targets and other KPIs. In her new role, Reinmiller will assist in strategy development and ensure effective execution both technically and operationally. She will also manage reporting mechanisms to effectively track company health and employee performance.

Reinmiller has a proven track record of building processes, channels and GTM strategies from the ground up to achieve revenue growth, exceed retention goals, support product innovation & foster employee development.

Prior to joining MOGL, Reinmiller has held multiple roles at early-stage companies.  Most recently she was Co-Founder and CRO at Boltive (formerly Ad Lightning), an AdTech SaaS platform that prevents malware in digital advertising. In her role, Reinmiller oversaw sales, marketing and account management, building the teams and processes from the ground up.

Previously, Reinmiller was COO and VP of Client Operations and Product at Mixpo Inc (Netsertive), a SaaS platform for building digital video ads. During her tenure, her role expanded to oversee a team that consisted of account management, design, technical support and product development. She also worked with key accounts including Twitter, Comcast and NBC.

Additionally, Reinmiller served as Account Supervisor at Kaiser Marketing, where she was the digital lead and Marketing Coordinator at FMG (Macy’s), where she supported print and in-store marketing efforts.

Reinmiller completed her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana at the A.B. Freeman School of Business with a double major in Marketing and Information Systems. Reinmiller also completed an Executive Development Program at the University of Washington.
