2024 NCAA Convention


The 2024 NCAA Convention will take place from Wednesday, Jan. 10, to Saturday, Jan. 13, in Phoenix. 

2024 NCAA Convention Meetings and Events: Wednesday through Saturday

The 2024 NCAA Convention schedule has been updated to highlight featured Association-wide programming and events, providing new opportunities for attendees to gather and celebrate college sports.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

  • Education sessions — beginning at 12:30 p.m.

  • Featured Association-wide sessions — beginning at 1:45 p.m.

  • Convention Welcome and Awards Presentation (featuring the State of College Sports) — 5 p.m.

  • Welcome reception — 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 11

  • Education sessions — beginning at 8:45 a.m.

  • Featured Association-wide sessions — beginning at 2:15 p.m.

  • Division III presidential programming — 1:30 p.m.

  • Woman of the Year Awards Presentation — 4:45 p.m.

  • Delegates reception — 5:45 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 12

  • Division II presidential programming and education sessions — beginning at 8:45 a.m.

  • Division III issues forum – 8 a.m.

Saturday, Jan. 13

  • Division II business session — 8 a.m.

  • Division III business session — 8 a.m.

Phoenix Convention Center 

The Phoenix Convention Center will serve as the primary meeting space. If you plan to conduct a meeting or event at the 2024 NCAA Convention, complete the online request form here. Affiliate space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow meeting space also will be available at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix and the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. 

Accommodations

Sleeping room accommodations will be available at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, Renaissance Phoenix Downtown, Westin Phoenix Downtown, Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Downtown and Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown.

2024 Convention registration

Registration for the Convention is now open. To register, click here. The Convention Welcome and Awards Presentation and the Woman of the Year Awards Presentation will be available via streaming links, which will not require a Convention registration.

The on-site registration fee includes all NCAA Convention programming and access to the Welcome Reception and the Delegates Reception and two Delegates Breakfasts. Complimentary access to awards events will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

On-site registration fees are refundable minus $50 if a registration is canceled before Dec. 2. The cancellation fee is $100 from Dec. 3 through Jan. 2. After Jan. 2, registration fees are not refundable. All deadlines are effective midnight Eastern time.
